Knowledge, Skills, Competencies and Responsibilities:

• 2-5 years of experience in social media management.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful social media strategies.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media management tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
• Analyze customer expectations according to past social media activity
• Develop social media campaigns
• Define KPIs and KRAs for social media campaigns
• Update social media content across all channelsKnowledge of creating viral content for social media
• Good Experience in Photoshop / Canva and other similar Applications relevant to social media and other editing applications
• Candidate should have knowledge on A/B split testing, Bid caps, cost caps
• Expert knowledge in acquiring sales through social media paid campaignsEngage with customers and followers
• Monitor campaigns and analyzes data obtained
• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
• Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network
• Knows how to A/B split test on ads/images/texts/videos
• Knows how to measure ROI
• Knows how to create ecommerce store inFB/insta/pinterest
• Knows How to run In mail capaign on Linked IN
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Knows Bidding strategies

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
